Took a while to get the truck in the shop but it's done now. Only issue is the dash of the truck was very dusty when I got it back must have had the window down when they did the work it problems should have been cleaned prior to me picking it up.

Scheduled tow of vehicle was not completed by Service Manager. Had to call twice to get it towed even though he set the appointment. Then was told truck was ready only to come to pick it up and it wouldn’t start because BOTH batteries were bad.

Our Equinox is starting show its age. We came up for an oil change, but also needed a new key-fob and the tire sensors are failing. So we decided to just go with the necessities. maybe next time we'll decide to replace something else. Paul (Service Mgr) was understanding and got 'er done with a minimum of waiting.

We received great care from service department and using GM reward points, Only delay was GM getting parts to dealership to get repairs completed in the time frame I requested. Paul the service manager discounted bill $40 for inconvenience without asking.
