When looking at the maximum V6 towing, the 2021 Colorado can tow up to 7,000 pounds.* The available Duramax® engine delivers more maximum towing capacity overall, increasing the truck’s maximum towing to 7,700 pounds.** The 2021 Honda Ridgeline has a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds with its V6 engine.

2021 Chevrolet Colorado vs. 2021 Toyota Tacoma

The 2021 Colorado offers more headroom and legroom than the 2021 Tacoma, offering 41.4 inches of front headroom and 45 inches of front legroom. You also get more space in the second row with up to 35.8 inches of rear legroom. This makes the Colorado a more spacious, family-friendlier option than the 2021 Toyota Tacoma.
